The estate is located in the municipal area of Albanyá, in the region of Alt Emporda, province of Girona. It has a legal area of 521ha, although in reality, due to its topography, its actual area is larger. It consists of two adjoining estates, and the elevations range from 1,170m to 720m above sea level. It features oak, holm oak, and pine forests with 20 hectares of farmland. It's like having your own village on a mountain of your property with total tranquility since it is

isolated and without neighbors. With the cleanest sky in all of Europe, you can enjoy the best star views at night.


The first estate has an area of 201.67ha. with a farmhouse in perfect condition of 183m2 on the ground floor with 515 m2 built, distributed over three floors,

plus an adjacent building used as a warehouse of 316m2 on the ground floor with 454m2 built, distributed over two floors. There is a water tank about 300 meters

from the farmhouse with helicopter access and a hydrant for fire trucks, which is permanently filled with water from a spring located above it. It also includes another farmhouse, in a ruined state, but it is listed in the catalog of Catalan farmhouses, making its reconstruction possible. On this estate, there are silver mines that were in operation until the mid-20th century, as well as a farmhouse that served as the miners' residence,

almost entirely in ruins.


The second estate has an area of 319.33ha. with a farmhouse in perfect condition of 490m2 on the ground floor and 1140m2 of built area distributed over three

floors. Next to it, there is a farmhouse-type building used as a barn and stables with a surface area of 305m2, also in perfect condition except for a small part

attached to it where the roof has collapsed. It also includes a farmhouse of 125m2 on the ground floor with a built area of 250m2 distributed over

two floors. It also features a Romanesque hermitage belonging to the Bishopric in perfect condition, and nearby, a farmhouse in a ruined state, an old Romanesque bastion from the 12th or 13th century, which originally served as an advanced guard and watchtower for the Castle and likely belonged to a Feudal Lord of the time, documented in the encyclopedia of Catalan Romanesque, this farmhouse is also listed in the catalog of Catalan farmhouses, making its reconstruction also feasible.


Additionally, the estate has the Technical Plan for Forest Management and Improvement (PTGMF), which allows for forest exploitation. Furthermore, it has the Technical Plan for

Hunting Management (PTGC), approved on May 23, 2014, granting it as a private hunting area in full force, authorizing hunting, big game: Wild Boars, Mouflons, Deer, Fallow Deer, and Roe Deer, and small game: Woodcocks.
